At HEYVI, we value the privacy of our customers and visitors, and we are committed to protecting and respecting it. Basics

A Privacy Policy is an important statement that discloses how we protect and handle our users' personal data. At HEYVI, we collect and use information about our users to provide a personalized service tailored to their needs and preferences. We undertake not to share information with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested services or as required by law. In addition, we implement appropriate security measures to protect our users' information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

 

Event Privacy Notice

In accordance with the provisions of the current regulation on data protection (General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, of data protection and guarantee of digital rights), the undersigned attendant to our Events organized by María Victoria Palazzo expressly authorizes the Organizer to:

  • Use my image and voice in the form of photography, video, audio, etc., in communications such us but not limited to the HEYVI's Website, Social Media, videos, newsletters, brochures, etc.

  • Use my phone number the Organizer, to create a WhatsApp group for communication purposes of the Event. 

  • I will store my contact information and the contact details of an emergency contact to facilitate communication via WhatsApp or phone, if necessary.

By attending our events, you agree that the Organizer may disclose the personal data you submit to:

  • Hotels that host the event to facilitate the check-in or restricted areas that request personal data to access.

  • The Insurance company, responsible for managing the insurance needed for the event.

Your consent acknowledges that the personal data shared will be used exclusively for the specified purposes mentioned above. The Organizer ensures that your information will be handled securely and with utmost confidentiality by the hotel, the insurance company or any other vendor that needs your details for the event.

The authorization granted here on the image will be sole and exclusively for the purposes described, and it is not subject to any temporary period, nor is it restricted to the national scope of any country.

Exercise your rights

 

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, deleted. You also have the right to withdraw any consent by writing via email to hello@heyvievents.com, duly proving his/her identity.
